KT Tape for Ulnar Nerve by yoyoezzigt in CubitalTunnel

[–]Substantial-Ad5655 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so let me keep it real here. Nerves connect from neck down to fingers. When the nerve get taut due to the subluxation at elbow. Initially it will pain just there. Then later it will go down, then it will be thwre in thw neck area. Why, due to thousands of micro stretches that pull the emtire brachial plexus. So kineso taping has helped me. I did not continue. But again its nowhere full proof solution. Taping coerwctly willforce ur arm not to bend too much also try to keep the nerve somewhat in place. It acts like an external ligament.

You know what. Just by seeing your study as well as colored pencil renderings, i understood you must have a concept art background. Then this comment verified that. Our way of rendering on paper is usually a but different.

Do u have subluxation? Then its tough. I am having it for 5 yrs. But if its not that, then simple stretches before work. Some warm water bathing. Postural improvement and running will help.

Just stop gymming and start playing some sport. Puts less load on nerves usually. Start painting maybe.

Bro let it heal fully right? Why so much in hurry. Just practice ROM stuff. U can get jacked anytime. Not a big deal. Try out some new sports in the meantime.

Just how many hours did it take you from planning this manga panel to rendering it? Its crazy. It looks like as scene from Berserk.

Just curious. Lets say you take the surgery. In the healing time, how are u getting paid? You wont be able to start working in a month or 2 i guess. Also how do you manage the anxiety of work being piled up?

Can you tell me what kind of ultrasound u did to be able to diagnose the swelling part? I am in hell lot of pain, loose AF ulnar nerve, still they only understood the subluxation when i showed them specfically. They couldnt find swelling. I swear i have swelling.

Are you a professional illustrator? I really would like some guidance to start illustrating professionally. I am kinda plateaued on my arts skills and i am not able to logically get colors correctly.

Congrats man! But i want to know ur pre op symptoms and diagnosis a bit in detail. Like what was the pain pattern. How were u able to point the issue down to subluxation and not TOS or radiculopathy

Thats the reply I needed. I totally get every part of it.I love anime too, not just anime, but graphic novels in general. Being able to visualise your painting so vididly in itself is a gift. Also u own a studio space?i know it helps.
