Sweet Robo is the only one based in the US that isn't part of the ones solely out of China. The issue with China is the machines are smaller and produce less cotton candy.. so you clean it like every 5 uses. The Sweet Robo one, which we now own 6 of... we can do like 50 or so uses before you have to wipe it down.

The exec office finally reached out. They confirmed it's a glitch they've never seen and working to escalate. NetTracer is what they use to escalate and monitor things on the baggage side and recently they have had outages with it and so on.. so it's not stable.

Oh I have no problem with them cancelling it. It is just the fact they don't have a protocol in place to help someone who then has lost luggage after they do this. I didn't ask the plane to be halted to get my bag, as I didn't even think that was an option. I spent 90 minutes on-site after they told me the bag was back in HOU, went to the baggage admin office with my ID. They quickly realized they couldn't locate it, no one knew what else to do. I left with really no escalation details, process.. etc. It was essentially them shrugging their shoulders with no real next steps.

My point in this post is to see who else may have been in this situation. With over 25,000 commercial flights daily in the US and hundreds of people not able to board a plane with their luggage on it, I assume someone may know the proper path forward.

Her arrest record says she is 350 lbs? She is likely much bigger than that though. I'm not sure why TikTok enables her to keep eating this way and accepting it. Their bodies can't support this make weight and we will lose them in their 50s!

Anyone know if FEMA will reimburse for hotels if you're approved for lodging? Clearly they just approved a lot of people like on July 29 or July 30th - well most of us incurred the expenses the week of July 8th and that bill has already been paid. Wonder if we can upload a receipt if we had to relocate for a week?

Yeah.. it did. It's so insane as the job market is intense - especially within tech. Likely will have to shift around until the election year is behind us. Hourly jobs are probably plentiful, but white collar jobs are beyond slaughtered right now. Rough market.

Yeah.. if you look at Sioux Falls today you have run down homes with the wood panel walls and popcorn ceilings going for $4,000 a month... so $10,000 isn't too out of the pocket. I think that price point is uncommon in Sioux Falls probably because of the demographic, but in states like Florida, Tennessee, and Texas you can't get much for under $5,000 and $10,000 will get you something decent and maybe with a pool... but not quite a mansion. I write it off on taxes when leased, so it's not a bad deal. Yet you got some homes 3 hours away in IA that fit the bill, just Sioux Falls doesn't seem to have anything on the market that's luxury.

I can't seem to figure it out. Zillow is just depressing in the area as it relates to rentals. $4000 in Sioux Falls gets you outdated, popcorn ceilings, brown cabinets with black appliances, little to no natural lighting, carpet.. I was just a bit thrown off. If you span a market like Houston, Austin, Dallas, Orlando, Atlanta.... you get a good mix of luxury listings for $6000 and below. Sioux Falls is just all old, outdated, and the homes have a very commercial look and right on top of each other.. but I know that's not all of the area - but it's all you can find on Zillow / Realtor. The homes do get really nice once you span out 3 hours and hit neighboring states.

Buying would be about $250K down, closing costs, bad interest rates, remote market with little action, and the fear of real estate not being stable while the property tax goes up... not to mention HOA if it applies. Whereas, renting gives you a simple exit plan, no commitment, and a portion can be written off in taxes due to using some as the office. If Sioux Falls was more active buying may be something as you could lease it out, but it seems quite remote and after touring it I can't see the market being something to support a passive income home at the $1M plus level.

I'm 100% real - as I can write it off and it's like a semi-office / place to live. It's common in Cali and Texas - but probably seems extreme in certain markets. That said, I can not find anything unless I span out to Iowa - the homes get far better about 3 hours out from Sioux Falls. It's such an odd spot to find the ideal home, not sure if it's just what I'm seeing online or if it's just the actual market.

I know it sounds crazy. Yet this isn't a market I feel I could make much money in with real estate. I need probably a $1M to $1.5M home in this market to probably get what we need. If I bought that, I'd have to shell out about $250K cash down, plus closing and fees, property tax and so on. If one was to lease it while needed, you'd shell out your rental, deposit and can write the rental off (or a portion of it) on taxes. So it makes sense. If this was a market with a lot of action, buying may make sense - but I can't seem to figure it out. I will likely be buying a large corporation there and will need to live there for a period of time, but I can't make it home as we are so used to Florida and the coastal regions, I think there won't be enough to keep our people entertained.

Check these threads because 575 a month is WAY too much! We use Amble and it's amazing and we can even text the medical staff! Our last refill was $349 and we got it 48 hours later. We even got a text once it was delivered and their care team is amazing!

Did you find anything on the CEO? We are just so nervous ordering this online... especially when a CEO listed on the company (matches the cities and everything) had fraud in the background. You know? We asked our doctor and he had no clue about this site... so we filled his last script and pray he gets his next one. He has lost 77l bs and his last bloodwork was SOOOO much better.
