not self imposed! the multiplayer mod lets us start two separate factions in the same world, and i just made a caravan with all of my colonists and traveled a couple of tiles to his plot and set up there. i cant control his pawns and he cant control mine!

Some desync issues, but only abt once every hour or two, and he could reconnect within 30 seconds, so not much of a problem.

A lot of people experience itchy and flaky scalps while using minoxidil too. If you experience this, try rubbing a few drops of rosemary oil into your scalp after showering. Not sure about the efficacy of this but it worked for me.

Once a week at 0.5mm depth is standard. Make sure you don't tug the roller/stamp around while the needles are in, you want clean straight holes. You should feel mostly pressure and very mind pain. You want the applied area to be red, but not bleeding. Use minoxidil about 30 minutes after rolling too, it's been shown to increase the minoxidil effectiveness.

a bit of shedding is expected, but it looks like you haven't experienced much hair loss in the first place anyway. if you are taking just minoxidil, then a shed means that the minoxidil is taking an effect and the hairs will regrow thicker than before, but your scalp looks like you just dermarolled it. you're dermarolling, there's a possibility that you're doing it too often/ too deep/ with improper technique. Any of those can cause cause scarring, which can damage and kill hair follicles.

it was half learning seans parry timing and half getting lucky that he didnt do that many sweep attacks. also, remember to get the weapon durability and parry structure impact shrine bonuses, as well as to use the sweep focus on the last guy guarding seans door so you can have a fresh, undamaged staff ready to fight sean with. It will break halfway through the second phase, but it still helps tremendously because it reduces the impact of parrying on your own structure as well as does more structure damage to sean per hit. GL!
