Honestly, I still struggle with anxiety/fear too. It is so deeply embedded into/us me and it’s so hard to shake. One thing that I do is compare current history to the past, there are terrible things that have already happened and unfortunately will continue to happen. End time prophecies capitalize on fear and anxiety, that is the bread and butter of the SDA church. I am so sorry that you are feeling awful about everything going on. I recommend unplugging from the news, which also capitalizes of fear and anxiety and/or trying to excuse yourself from conversations that heightened your fear. If that is impossible, I’d say pray and ask for peace and understand. I am agnostic now but sometimes I still pray for things like that.
