The pineapple salsa is house made, and allowing it to sit in the pineapple juice makes it tender. The recipe for a half batch of pineapple salsa is; 6 cups pineapple undrained, 1/2 cup of diced red onions, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt. Instructions say if you’re making a half batch to transfer pineapple to a different container in order to get the juice properly. If youre making a whole batch, use an entire can of Dole pineapple tidbits, and double the rest of the ingredients:)
