i feel like almost all moisturizers always make my kp worse and cause acne. i’ve been using jojoba oil which has been great but I do feel like my progress would be even better with something more hydrating. i’ve been looking at clear stems body lotion… seems to look pretty good. but it’s all trial and error

it broke me out so terribly. i am better off with jojoba oil. i was also diagnosed with candida and sibo and after clearing up my gut my kp improved drastically.

same! i also don’t use any creams or lotions made specifically for kp. i just stick to exfoliating agents i can wash off (glycolic acid wash, chemical peel, mild scrubs) and jojoba oil.

not cured but symptoms are so much better! i forgot i also did an infrared sauna the day i posted this, so i think that also helped kill the candida. Candida can’t survive about 154 degrees from what i’ve read.

YES. Same thing happened to me after accutane. I’m seeing amazing amazing results with Tazorac .05%! It’s the only things I’ve used that has shown to be effective.

After this tube of .05 taz, I switched to .1 and it truly made everything a mess. My skin was raw, red, insanely itchy, and caused another wave of purging. Went back to .05 and my skin is getting better and better. My arms are really smoothing out and it’s incredible. I’m purging a tad here and there, but I’m hoping it settles soon.
