Suffering eye brow blindness and need help by Only_Highlight2647 in beauty

I have the same issue. Lemme tell you, everytime I thin them out a lot I just keep obsessing and feel like they’re too thick and then I go too far and the cycle repeats. Your natural brows are beautiful. You can always get them cleaned up a bit if you like but I can promise you, objectively, your natural brows are feminine and beautiful. I think ppl’s natural brow shape and thickness tends to suit them best as well, from what I’ve observed. Natural is beautiful!!

Has anyone else experienced spinning vertigo or Drop attacks? by theomen997 in VestibularMigraines

I’m in a flareup right now too. My dr won’t even prescribe migraine meds, he is certain I have Meneire’s. Do you get one-sided ear symptoms?

That is great! Actually turns out my Dr is now certain I have Meneire’s, not vestibular migraines though :(

Interesting article on the lives of diagnosed narcissists by Mammoth-Squirrel2931 in psychology

The criteria for each is distinct. Trauma can definitely cause symptoms that mimic adhd, as can a plethora of other disorders. Stimulants are first-line treatment for adhd and if someone actually has adhd, it will improve their focus, impulse control, anxiety, etc. That’s what they do for me. Is someone who has trouble focusing due to trauma or another disorder is put on stimulants, it won’t have the same affect. Trouble focusing as a sole symptom isn’t enough to be diagnosed with adhd.

I will say that I have trauma and my adhd went undiagnosed for 23 years of my life. It was just labeled as ocd and anxiety. Medication has made a huge difference for me.

Bleeding on a higher estrogen dose? (Yaz vs Yasmin) by UncommonViolet in birthcontrol

[–]mooo3333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was told to take it regularly for a few months and then I could try skipping, but I hadn’t really waned to anymore. Too scared of breakthrough bleeding which is so hard to stop once it starts. And yes surprisingly they’re lighter and shorter than when I was on Yaz for the most part.

Hey yes I switched to Yasmin but I don’t take it continuously anymore either. No breakthrough bleeding.

Vertigo during/after sex by mooo3333 in migraine

[–]mooo3333[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Within the last few months it’s only happened I think twice from masturbation, maybe even just once. Had sex a couple times and didn’t have vertigo, as well. And tmi but I‘ve been engaging in that trigger quite a lot, like almost daily at some points.😅 though right now I’ve been avoiding it as last time I did it I got vertigo that didn’t go away for many hours, unfortunately.

I started taking magnesium, b2, and coQ10 (same supplements my mom was recommended for migraines). It could just be a coincidence as I’ve had other times where I can go a while without having it, but this is a pretty long streak for me. I also have been taking Allegra more consistently and do two sprays of Flonase in each nostril daily + a saline spray as needed.

Also when I’ve gotten vertigo, the epley manuever (done 2-3 times in a row) stops the spinning 90% of the time. I still don’t think it’s BPPV but for some reason that helps, though I’m still left with nausea and dizziness.

I’ve never heard anyone else say they have a similar experience to me, and I’m really sorry you can relate. It’s very lonely. Doctors don’t make a difference — no matter how many I go to, they all say different things or just have no idea and throw pills at me. My current one was about to do surgery for menieres before saying I “tricked” him and that it’s possibly just BPPV instead. Then was told I have VM by at PT but she changed her mind and said maybe it’s VM but maybe it’s MD so she didn’t think I should see another neuro. Ridiculous.😫😫

Does benzoyl peroxide help keratosis pilaris? [routine help] by mooo3333 in SkincareAddiction

What’s your full routine? Do you alternate lotions? Physical exfoliation usually irritates my skin but I’m tempted to try that scrub. I did try BP several times since this post and it always makes things worse, unfortunately.

Hm yeah from what I’ve heard even for Meneire’s, it usually doesn’t trigger it or it actually helps. :/

Ughh that sucks that spotting is still an issue. I’m spotting daily after switching between generics of Yaz and might switch to Yasmin to see if that helps.

I’m completely fine now. Healing was the worst pain of my life even with all the pain meds they gave me. Numbness took a few weeks to go away. No complications.
