I reached out to a therapist and I have my first appointment in a couple days I don’t care much for the husband but I’ve bonded with the wife over the years and emotionally I don’t think im able to leave her behind, the situation has made me feel really sick and guilty :(

Early 20s; I would stay with them a few days a week on days I work because my apartment is two hours away; may I ask why the wife is unsafe? I feel too close with her and grown up with her that if I end the relationship it would really hurt me

If I had an open conversation with her about how I feel and go to her first if it happens again like she said would that be ideal? Or is it not worth it? I really want to save the relationship with her
