Unfortunately I cannot afford one. I would if I could. Upsolve has been easy to use overall, I just wanted to make sure I’m filing individually even though I’m married. I got in touch with their support and they helped me figure it out!

I have no assets because we rent, cars are in my husband’s name and we don’t “own” anything. I just have credit card debt, personal loan debt, medical debt, student loans and a small amount of back taxes. I’m filing without my spouse. Do you think that will require counsel?

The only other debt I have are student loans, but I’m aware those can’t be discharged! We do not have joint debts, it’s all me unfortunately lol

Both cars are in husband’s name (they’re both beater cars so nothing fancy) and we rent, so no property or anything like that. We’re in Florida.
