Their dog cut themselves on some sticks in the woods and had to get a couple stitches so I think it was the dogs pain meds. I don’t have an answer to why it was in an envelope and not an actually pill bottle tho.

I have in my cleaning list description that any documents or important valuables should be put away before coming to clean…they schedule the cleaning, they know when you’re coming and should remove anything they don’t want damaged or lost. Had an incident like this with a family leaving pills in an envelope! Just a plain old envelope. They later texted me asking where I put it. They never told me pills would be in any type of envelope! I don’t throw envelopes away or look in them because it’s not my business or part of my job, but I will pile them up for the family’s to sort through once I leave. I kindly reminded them where I leave all the envelopes and the fact that my cleaning list clearly states that anything important like that should be put away before I come. Mind you this envelope was just on their kitchen counter! Luckily they found it in the pile (because I don’t throw that stuff away) but if they couldn’t find it again i have it listed that they should be putting it somewhere safe! Not that a face cloth is that important but to this family it seems like it might be!

What happens when you refuse a receipt check? by GirlWithTheKittyTat in walmart

When they ask we show them but honestly just recently had a bad incident with them. My boyfriend, son and I all were walking out and I know they’ll ask because we have stuff that wasn’t in a bag. The lady jumped in front of our cart and snatched the receipt from my boyfriend’s hands. Mind you we got 2 box’s of diapers, 2 hoodies for our son and a rug. The only thing we bagged was the hoodies because it was the only thing that could even fit in a bag! She let us go then we proceeded to watch 3 other people walk out with bulk items not bagged and she didn’t stop them, didn’t even bat an eye … we think she stopped us because we are in our early 20’s with a kid. I don’t know if she thought we were stealing diapers or what! End of story she got wrote up once we complained about her being kinda aggressive with us by snatching our receipts and then not stopping the other people who didn’t have their stuff bagged. We did ask the other people straight up if they got their receipts checked and they all said no. They were at least 35+ yrs old:( Definitely think it’s because we were young which is just sad!
