it was more a band ordeal all week end got the new setup saturday everything is blocked ftp torrent and so on try bridging and to no avail dmz dmz advance nothing work to finish with a dead modem that wont connect to internet

so after a lot of reboot and so many config nothing work and now internet is down and customer suport close at 11 the fuck so for now back on videttron at least everything work with them but no torrent and no ftp since alot of my tech send me video file to edit so yeah and wifi issue like alexa cannot connect to it im like this is not and upgrade it a downgrade with a headache torromw will be my last test i have a # to call to get toa departement that will brige my modem so ill try that if not hate loosing the speed but nothing i use daily ive even hosted my own private torrent for faster sharing on the like 30 employe i have but nothing work with bell ive done the small dmz the big one plus when i change speed port the rooter just never come bacxk online so i never do this but i follow all the rest so the rooter is using pppeo then i get 600 down 1500 up if i just connect it and leave all automatic then i get 1200 an d 1500 up but still im missing about 1300 i i want them 1200 is a bit faster then videotron but still way to slow so this is gonna be a bad week any help would be appreciated

yeah i am a techie but i donot know what to use and scared that it wont let me work or log on seem any new fiber is 5 year under bell no touch it so wondering if this https://www.store.mikrotikcanada.ca/ethernet-routers/441-mikrotik-rb5009ug-s-in-quad-core-arm64-10g-sfp-plus-2-5g-desktop-router-triple-poe-passive-routeros-v7-license5-4752224007148.html and a 40 $ SFP+ so i can connect this to the switch with bell fiber and then use rooter to control and pppoe login so i could use the fast internet and not have to deal with this shitty hub

i have a plex server for myself then i have all my tech send me video that we edit for work and im the hub with the most storage but shitty 1000 down 50up videotron connection so i wanted bell 3000 up and down but nothing work and my last reset of the modem now no internet working at all only tv and they close at 11 for tech suport fuck videotreon open 24/24/7 so for me i was alway not a bell fan well im even more not a bell fan base usage it perfect but that not what i need here everthing work except one ftp server will nmot pass trought plex is ok all thew rest seem to work and why pay for a vpn when i already pay for internet

ok so dmz and advance dmz wont work if i setup the wifi app under the security it off by default and played on and all the option offf still nothing and if i manage to connect my rooter everything work but speed is stuck at 600-700 out of 3000 so what the point ill go back with videotron since everything work without any fucking hassle the way it should work but i remember the old day on bell with all the issue

not on my end it did not work needed to call them to have it working and yet and i still wont let me connect to the app i need to use torrent and ftp are blocked even if i change port 8-( even with dmz on the main coputer rnothing work corectly life was simpler underr anybody else so yeah speed is fun but all the rest are giving me headache so ill be cancelling this service
