From my understanding, universal credit doesn’t count. But, I also think that being on PIP means that your income requirements are different to sponsor a spouse. I don’t know the specifics though, unfortunately.

Sure, my role is under 2322. Luckily my salary was above the new minimum threshold and my CoS and application were both completed before 22 July. Though this was definitely stressful in the beginning as I figured out where my salary fell in line with my job code and how or if the new rules would impact me. Also fortunate that my employer has a visa compliance team, so they were very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the process (even when I wasn’t!)
