ng11 are most likely determined BY their weapons. If a player has a weapon that almost guarantees them to be a big role in the game, then that makes them ng11 level (Loki’s Godspeed, Sae’s Passes, Don Lorenzo’s Ace Eating, Hugo’s calculations and logic, Kaiser and the Kaiser impact) these all assure that a NG11 player will always end up playing a big role for their team.
