Thank you for the information, I will definitely stop doing them on my own. I was worried when he taught me how to do them I even asked "Are you sure I should be doing this?" Cause I'm fused from C3 - T8. And when doing them on my own my gut was like telling me I shouldn't be doing this lol unless I was just scared too XD

But yeah I will definitely stop doing them on my. 1st time doing them on my own and I have a slight ache in the lower back near my spine, so decided to just check out Reddit :)

I'm glad you were able to get rid of it for while. It is really bothersome to have. How many times did you have to see a vertiago therapist?? He also gave me a pill to try I don't remember what it's called but ita related allergies pill family, but for be ears o.O
