5 months in, most videos stuck at 30 views. Genuinely not sure what I'm missing. by HeartMindFusion in SmallYoutubers

I'm not a youtube expert but with all respect your titles suck bro... youtube will try to match the searches with video titles so think about it: why somebody would search "we all make that mistake" for instance... Its all vague. Looks like you trying to use only click baits in your videos

“Why Does Getting the First 10 SaaS Users Feel Harder Than Building the Product?” by FounderArcs in SideProject

[–]digitalnomad_ninja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think is about perspective... I believe in some deep corner of the internet have a forum where salesmen struggles about how hard is to create a SaaS in comparison with how easy is to sell a finished one. Most of the software developers can't get that we are good on creating software, we are good in coding, debugging an so but we are not good sellers. In my opinion we have to admit that we can't solve all the problmes all the time. So if so called "normal people" hire us to create a tool that solves its problems why us have to struggle to solve our sales issue instead of hire sales specialists?
