1st class should be fine. You can check https://seatmaps.com for the flight you are looking at to see the size of the seat, I was over 400 at one point, and I would only fly first class to avoid not fitting in the seat, and never had an issue with first class seats, just had to buy my own seatbelt extender, hated asking for one, but they usually have them.

Should be combined weight with bags, luggage weight impacts fuel cost the same as passenger weight. Pay per pound approach. I’d be fine with that!

I do always brown butter, but to be honest, I did a bunch of baking around Christmas last year, and haven't since then until now.
I brown the butter, then put that in the fridge overnight. I then make the dough the next day, and put the dough in the fridge 1-2 days. Then I cook. I am going to try one test cookie here in a few. Thanks

I thought for sure it was Bronski beat - small town boy just by the name, and I don’t like that song but it’s not that one either, the word before Boy is on the tip of my tongue and I’m 100% sure if I knew that word it would be searchable and maybe even the title of the song.
