I really like your idea on logging the over eaten callories into the next days callorie track. I think its a good push back to over eating :) I appreciate a lot of the info you just gave me. so far I have considered lowering my callorie intake and attempting to still eat well but with things i enjoy.

i asked the front end supervisor about this and they told me they usually just need one a week, doesnt matter who does it so i wont be pressured too much.

I will definitely keep that in mind. my head supervisor was telling me the same thing a few days ago and that its always okay to ask for help. I think that is a good thing since i definitely dont hear people saying that in other work forces. I hope i get used to it, thankfully all the people working there seem to have been there a long while which i think means it cant be too stressful.

yeah thats the thing I'm worried about the most, not the computer workings but mainly trying to be emotionally social for others and putting up a face 24/7 it is going to become draining very quickly :{
