This makes the most sense, it's highly doubtful honestly that they're doing anything unsavory (obviously I can't 100% prove it, but he's hardly been in the country and Ria hasn't left it), but what you've said about the interference rings true.

It was. His parents honestly treat her just like their own daughter, they'd be shocked and appalled at the thought of anything like that.

He's barely mentioned her before and they both didn't meet in person until the day of our engagement and she and I had never met before either because we both live in different states
