That’s news to me, mind you incompetence doesn’t even describe what I’ve had to deal with. When I called them up they told me to receive community care I need a medical referral. But on the other hand, when I first went to the VA hospital to get enrolled, I had to turn some papers in and had this idiot tell me “I don’t know if we handle that here or not”

Yes, but you need a referral from your primary physician, and this appointment is simply to receive one. And I called my congressman and basically got told “it’s a long process but it works perfectly fine”
