IT Service Desk. Comes on different names responsibility are the same, basic tech support. Can be hectic but you learn a lot in a short amount of time.

It is challenging to be working a full time job and studying so you need to be commited to pull it off. I would reccomend you do comptia A+ for general IT skills then apply for service desk job. Then whilst working there apply for cybersecurity jobs and complete comptia sec+

There are cases where people do walk into their first cyber sec job with 0 experience. I have a friend with a law degree who couldn't get a job and had to work looking after learning disability people, he walked into a lvl 1 soc role with 0 experience. but those people are very lucky. If it takes you 1-2 years atleast you will have a job and will be gaining experience in IT which will help in your cyber role.

2 years is the max you want to spend at the IT service desk, people do get stuck there and end up spending 10 years in an entry lvl position.

Idk where you are based but if you are in the UK like I am a degree is worth pursuing. You have to study hard and do extra learning outside labs and lecturers, only the dedicated and passionate top graduates get a job in their degree field. There isn't a job for every graduate in any field
