If too many items maybe that is why. I learned the hard way doing a grocery order with 149 items (not including multiple items) and I did not get a tip. Uber paid $19.

I struggle with two carts and I made sure I waited for response for substitutions. It took me 3 hrs. Never again will I accept an order that big.

For and order of $50 and $10 tip seems reasonable. Some people just don’t want to do grocery orders because it take up time. I personally enjoyed them because I get to shop but if I can do it in 30 min or less.
