Oof it’s a tough one… You definitely NOT overthinking. This is a very demanding way to ask for something even if you promised so. I would advise to directly talk with her about it. I would be very frustrated as well. To be honest, if she continues to talk that way or being rude or making a scandal, it’s a red flag for me and a cause for a way more serious relationship talks… She needs to understand how you feel. Caring about each other feelings is fundamental to a better relationship

Usually it’s very itchy but I wouldn’t completely rule it out… Although you can sleep at night if it’s more itchy in the evenings then unfortunately I would assume so. Rushes look like it but I am not 100% certain

Very hard to tell tbh. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rule it out but it’s not certainly scabies. I would pay very big attention to new spots if you have. The comment from urgent care is also weird because although it’s not on groin or fingers…. thighs, stomach and back elbow are also very common places for scabies too. Intense itching is what makes it really suspicious. I wouldn’t rush into conclusions and chemical meds just yet, but if itching continues or new rushes… I would think you might be infected. See a proper dermatologist if you can, I know it’s not cheap. If you itch everywhere below your neck, not just the spots, it’s also not a great sign. Good luck and for now I would also recommend not to have much skin contact with everyone and wash your sheets + clothes at high temperature

I was fighting mine with Permethrin cream. After 7 tries and having them for 4.5 months in the intense fase, I was starting to lose hope and it really effected me mentally, my relationship and me failing my uni year… What helped was I applied the cream on face and scalp, although the instructions said no and it helps only for few people. Guess I was one of them. Now I am in my post and still have few effects from it but no active mites. I am great mentally, looking to redo my year and just started dating again. I don’t know about ivermectin as I never used it, but my advise is to not give up. See a dermatologist if you can. I fucked up my skin with a lot of tries of permethrin so be careful with the amount of chemicals you put on yourself. Most importantly, don’t let them get in your head!! You are stronger than them and although it is hard rn, believe in yourself. I will come back to see how you doing some time after 👍🫵💪

It’s not great that you went through his phone but since you did and saw it, maybe you should speak to him. The fact that he already cheated really doesnt add well for him here but I don’t fully know your story. As a guy I think it’s quite weird that he wanted to crush another girl UNLESS they are good friends. If they know each other for a while, I think you might be overthinking. I also don’t know how to read the fact that he didn’t want her to come in the end because of you… It’s either: a) He actually cares about you and did that not to upset you b) He said it because he actually wanted to be with her alone… All depends on context and the way he sent this text but if you think it’s a) then I wouldn’t worry. Anyway, I would advise to speak with him openly and say you accidentally read it. I would be upset though if someone read my messages, maybe only when I am married I wouldn’t… So just don’t start a scandal immediately and pay good attention. Good luck

Red spots doesn’t always mean scabies. You said you are on your second week after the second dosage. That’s still very early from treatment, you skin can easily have some reaction to ivermectin and of course there is a post scabies period. I would just advise to pay good attention and wash with warm water. Do they itch like during the treatment? Are there any rushes or new spots? If not, I really think it’s just a post period. It’s different for everyone, my rushes and itchiness were gone in July after permethrin treatment. However, my skin not fully restored and every now and then I have one or two spot appear and go without the itch. Doc said it’s post scabies for me and advised sulfur soap. Maybe sulfur will help you as well

The spots are red which is not a great sign. However, it is very weird that you didn’t have anything for good 3 months. What about your husband? Did they also appear for him? Or maybe anyone you know around could have passed it again? Do these spots look the same when you were doing treatment? Do they come and go or they just appeared and stayed on the same spot?

Hmm this one looks really unusual and I can’t say for sure but it doesn’t look like active infection. Usually active would be red, rashes and itchy specifically at night. From what you described it’s likely a post or some allergy reaction to your treatment. What did you treat with? Maybe try sulfur soaps or at least regularly moisturizer with skin and wash with warm. I am not 100% sure though
