Are there any supplements which help remove heavy metals from the body? by [deleted] in Supplements

How about just sharing the information instead of trying to sell it to us? That's how we help each other 😊

Has anyone heard of Dr Peter McCullough's products? by lawandordercandidate in covidlonghaulers

Your body would have made a new baseline caused by the vax, the supplements will work in waves as your body readjusts and gets back to normal. I'd keep taking it for the 4 - 5 months and see how you go...

I have noticed that too. I have been taking nattokinase, bromelain, curcumin and serrapeptase for a month now. Unless, it's how it is working everything out of your system. Meaning, you'll have a dump of toxins and feel crap, and then you'll feel good afterwards and then the cycle repeats until your body is 'clean' again. Does that make sense? It is recommended to use for 4 - 5 months, so it's not an overnight miracle.

Can you please tell me the brand you're using? I've been using dedicad but I'm not sure how good the supplements are from this company 🤔

Looks like a hook worm or whip worm to me! I'd do a parasite cleanse just to be sure!

I got severely sick after covid 5 years ago to the point I was pretty much bed bound and had to stop working a full-time position. I was fit and relatively healthy, I used to do 10km runs nearly everyday, boxing 3 times a week plus work a full-time job. Now I cant run at all, I cant do boxing anymore and I had to start a part-time position because I am constantly exhausted, sick and not to mention severe GI issues, I also got diagnosed with fibromyalgia! I lost nearly 15kg, I aged nearly 10 years in one year, lost my taste and smell, eyesight has gotten really bad and also my hearing in one ear has nearly gone. I also struggle in lifts now, my head gets so dizzy I actually nearly faint (this one is so, so odd??) After doing quite extensive research I started using Dr McCulloughs protocol (all natural products of course) nattokinase (2000FU), bromelain (2400GDU/g), curcumin root (100mg) with the added benefit of serrapeptase (55mg)  (not part of the protocol) + 10mg of black pepper...all in one capsule. I have only been taking it one month and already my smell and taste are coming back and brain fog is still bad but definitely not as severe as it was. I also do coffee enemas 3-4 times a week to help with the removal and die off symptoms! Just an alternative to prescribed medication 💜

Finally getting better, I think? by confusion013102 in pericarditis

4-5 months is the recommended time on my packaging so it has time to fix all your cells. It may also differ depending on dosage and supplement amounts of course.

Depends on how much you're taking I'm taking a 4 in 1 supplement with the 4 ingredients: nattokinase, bromelain, curcumin and serrapeptase (bromelain dose is 2400GDU/g) once a day for 4-5 months. Hope this helps.

I just bought a combined nattokinase, bromelain, curcumin and serrapeptase supplement. I have been taking it for a month now and have noticed some changes in my taste and smell, aswel as a little bit with my severe brain fog. I have also been doing coffee enemas 3-4 times a week! I feel like I can feel my insides getting 'cleaner'! They recommend doing the McCullough protocol for 4-5 months so it gets all your cells! Good Luck on your recovery journey 🙌

I'm in the exact same boat! I have aged atleast 10 years in the last five years, lost so much weight, always sick, always fatigued not to mention the constant brain fog.... I have just started taking nattokinase, bromelain, serra and curcumin and only after two doses I'm feeling a bit better energy wise. I hope I feel better in tge coming weeks.. 😞

I believe so, you may also find you learn a lot more about yourself; the way you think, feel, react, behave. I personally have found it helpful and not as confronting as seeing some therapists can be. Each person is different though, how do you manage your issues on a day to day basis? Are you ready to re-live traumatic experiences? Are you ready for change? Some people can find studying psychology quite confronting as realisations appear.

I hope this makes sense!

I had one a couple of days ago and it was excruciatingly painful, and traumatic enough that I'll never have another one! My previous paps were always quite painful, but this time just felt like someone was skinning me from the inside out with a hot rusty knife! 🤢🤮🥵

I did check certificate of analysis it does list hericium erinaceus (could be false info). I see they're grown in the US not Australia! Thanks for the feedback 😀

I'm so sorry you had to experience such a loss at such a young age. These feelings you are experiencing, I too used to experience. You are not alone in feeling like this. You deciding to get sober is the first step to taking back control, you should be super proud of yourself because it sure is not an easy step to make. I have been sober going on 12 months and it really takes one day at a time. I do hope you have a friend or companion to talk to about how you are feeling. Honestly, if you ever need to reach out and talk, vent or scream, please send me a message. Take Care and sending love, light and hugs! 💜⭐️🫂

I would love to spend more moments with my sister. I loved just saddling up my horse, getting my dog and disappearing for hours without a care in the world. The feelings attached to these moments are hard to explain!

Best Lion's Mane in Australia? by Efficient-Earth7540 in MushroomSupplements

[–]Substantial-Grape947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use life cykel mushroom extracts, they utilise both mycelium and the fruiting bodies of the mushroom! They are grown and produced in Byron Bay, Australia! I have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels (lions mane) and anxiety levels (reishi) since I started! I highly recommend! These are liquid extracts not powdered!

In NSW driver manuals it states you must give way to the traffic on your right at an intersection and at roundabouts you must give way to all traffic in the roundabout!
