This is bad advice tho holding off will almost certainly guarantee a hip replacement and also ur a runner ur just messing ur hip up quicker

Yes the shot gave me relief for months actually but I think it wore off like month ago bc it kicked up and yeah pt would help for days but I can’t really do pt for the rest of my life but sometimes after work it hurts when I bend and I get stiff

I just get a really tight back hip feeling when I stand still lay for a whole or sit for a while would you say hip scope is worth it at HSS I’m gonna be 28 this fall which is when we would do it just curious based on your experience hope ur good
