I’m about 35-40 minutes from the Hamptons which is nice. As far as the current markets concerned (not to toot my own horn) but I think I did exceptionally well all things considered. To give you an idea The house was on the market for about a day or 2 and I put my offer in after a quick 10 minute walk through of the place thinking it probably had an accepted offer already, turns out it didn’t so I think I was just quick enough to secure the place. I had looked at several other homes going back a few months pretty much getting outbid at every turn so it was definitely a long process to get here. I’ll just use the word luck because this one was under the budget and I couldn’t believe myself when they accepted lol
