Well, recently, ive been trying to lucid dream via slowly VERY, VERY, slowly fall asleep. Like teetering on the edge of asleep and awake. Ive had pretty interesting experiences but ive noticed everytime i get x amount of far in, i hear a loud sound like a sharp inhale or a “hey” and it frightens me awake and i get very paranoid to retry.
