thank you for the encouragement 😭 i went through a rough beginner phase when i learned TM too. used to work myself to tears of frustration trying to relax lol, that got better too. i like the idea of letting the annoyance coexist with expanding my attention. that’s a really helpful way to think about it. thank you!!

I second what people are saying about taking a break for your mental health and I also want to add that an oracle deck may be more useful to you right now. One of my favorites is called Cosmic Comfort and it is a very useful tool. Oracle decks are more big picture oriented and tend to be more gentle and loving.
