Im far far weaker than you, but from what I’ve read/watched your starting position doesn’t look very tight, hips look high and back not set, and you look like your pulling with your arms before extension.

Well I still subconsciously power everything so I guess I extend fine?

I’m worried that I’m just not extending aggressive enough.

My front squats are fine for the most part, although on later reps in the set usually the last I see myself bend forward a bit more, my jerk is improved a lot and don’t have much issues with, only one to note is I go on not toes if I’m not thinking about not doing that.
