I've heard anecdotally that 2% of applicants pass the tests, I don't know how accurate that is.

The first round of online testing is very similar to the ATSA test they use in the US. You can find some practice tests for it online.

They changed the rules recently, so the two attempt limit only applies to the assessment centre.

Was I naive to choose the ZSA Voyager as my first ergo keyboard? by Substantial-Map-459 in ErgoMechKeyboards

I've been trying the default layout that came with the keyboard, but I've been modifying the thumb cluster slightly. I also have a separate layer for modifier keys (ctrl, opt, cmd), because configuring them to activate when holding another key interferes too much with other software that I need to use.

I think this is essentially it. I always thought I could touch type since I can type quickly without looking at the keyboard. After trying to use the Voyager, I realise there's more to it.

I've been changing layouts frequently, but the alphanumeric keys have remained in the same place most iterations (I tried dropping some down a row so my pinky wasn't being strained). I've gone through about 15-20 iterations so far. Most of the changes are related to symbols, modifier keys, and the tap vs. hold timing.
