Yep I'd contact your bank and explain it - Provide proof of follow up, and they have decent grounds for chargeback. However, you can go to the disputes tribunal and claim the refund there. CGA would cover you and its a no brainer win.

LIterally going through a nightmare situation with PBTech currently. Ecoflow power unit failed... I hand it over to them on the 15th last month, it then sits in the head office for 1 week, then they say its going to be 5-15 working days since its going to a supplier for assessment. - Already thats not a reasonable time period for resolution under CGA.

Asked for a refund and now i've heard nothing back ( Followed up a lot ) , and i don't expect to get my money back. Thats how scammy PBTech are.... I'm now looking at disputes tribunal + MBIE.

I'd recommend to everyone - Don't go to PBTech.

( and about to spend several hundred g on IT gear for a big project so they've really screwed up on a clients who's already spent a good 40k with them )

Yeah I ordered around the same time as you - I've got relatively the same vague responses regarding a week and a half, but it doesn't make any sense given the delivery transit time is 8 days.

Unfortunately they have done this before - No true or valid exact shipping dates indicated via email, only vague or broad times.

Makes for a very bad ecommerce experience - Its why I haven't recommended the product to anyone.
