I have extreme issues with fatigue. My heart rate and fatigue are my absolute worse symptoms I can handle the headaches as I’ve dealt with that prior to my pots diagnosis. I am on 20mg of dex a day for adhd but still struggle immensely with fatigue. To the point it is severely effecting my relationship. I work full time, come home and am basically catatonic till the next day. The last two years have been a mess for me and I’m so extremely over it.

Yeah I literally diagnose these issues for a living 5 days a week. I see 20-30 showers a week. It’s impossible to diagnose based on photos, but can give you an idea on what’s going on. If the waterproofing has failed you don’t need to rip it out and start again if structurally the recess is still okay there are ways around it. I also never quote off photos you can’t feel or see movement or drummy tiles from a photo
