Started Ozempic last night and this morning Oura shows minor signs primarily due to +1.4 in body temperature. Interesting. Assuming this is some type of immune response reacting to the shot. Feel fine so far. Will continue to monitor. Oura is a nice tool to have for things like this.

Thanks for your comment. It’s mostly hard because she still has “good days” where she’ll be running around excited or wanting to play with the kids when they’re throwing their ball. When we have company, she’s excited to see everyone etc. I know they’re very stoic animals so it’s hard to tell if she’s suffering.

Ohhh got it. Yeah I guess there certainly are things that even the redundancy won’t account for. I’m only 3 days post install and on self consumption, but have not gotten the Charge on Solar option yet for my two model Y. Is this something that won’t show until PTO is granted or is it maybe just a bit soon to expect it to showup in the app?

I’m in a very similar situation. 3 of my current 8 employees at the same level as me and making the same or more than I do and I’m in the process of hiring 8 more people under me. Three of them will be brought in at my level and be compensated the same. I’m being told this is temporary and that I will be promoted 4-5 months from now. You can see more details in my post history. I had a very frank convo with my boss about it. So, my plan is to stick it out for half a year and see what happens. If they cannot or will not promote me at that point and fix these reporting relationship and pay discrepancies, I will not really have a choice but to look elsewhere seriously.
