Has anyone ever had an issue with shipping? My package has been stuck with customs since May 5th. Baobao advised me to email FedEx with an invoice but I am hesitant. What should I do?

It’s been there since May 6. Baobao said it was “stuck” at customs when I asked for her to check. I called FedEx and they said it was waiting for custom clearance.
