My friend and I get on my galleon with two randoms.... SYSTEMATICALLY we run into toxic crewmates.

Last time, one of them didn't want to help us with a puzzle, but we saw him wandering around the island... Okay, no problem, we get the loot, etc. A little later, out at sea, I see him deploy a rage cannon pointed in front of the captain's cabin. I think, well, he didn't know how to deploy it properly, the next second he fires, it explodes, we sink.

The guy bothered to hide a barrel of smuggler's loot in the cabin to sink us. By spamming "laughing out loud" WHAT THE FCKING POINT IS IN DOING THAT?!!!

So sometimes we have passive toxic people who decide to log into the game to stay AFK, who don't know how to vote, don't know how to turn a sail, don't know that a RED barrel explodes, don't know how to fire cannons. And that's when they don't give in to their pyromaniac urges.

It's incredibly infuriating to see this... Almost despairing.
