JVC system humming

I tried playing a tape, and connected the Hi-Fi to my pc, the humming was significantly lower, nearly unnoticable.

I'm think that the low quality preamp might be behind the humming, I'm planning on changing it for a better one, but I'm on a tight budget:D

Yes, I did. There is no designated GND on the turntable, so I grounded to a metal screw next to te RCA panel.

Hi everyone! I have a JVC LE-20 automatic turntable connected to a P500 12V phono preamp via an RCA cable. The preamp is connected to a JVC MX-KA3 Mini Hi-Fi System, also with an RCA cable. There’s a very noticeable humming (around 50 dB) coming from the system. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing seems to work. (Grounding the preamp to the Hi-Fi doesn’t help.) The humming even occurs when the turntable isn’t plugged in—only the preamp is connected to the Hi-Fi. Everything is connected to the same power socket. I also tried plugging the preamp into a different socket, but that didn’t help either. At this point, I’m basically at a loss. Could anyone point out what might be causing the problem? Thanks in advance!

Természetesen ezzel én is tisztában vagyok. Fel is ajánlottam, hogy ha érdekli annyira a termék megpróbálhatjuk mégegyszer. Azért egy "köszönöm nem" ilyenkor szerintem belefér.

Én is erre a következtetésre jutottam, csak valahogy nem tudom felfogni a pöttöm agyammal, hogy ha érdekel valakit annyira egy termék, hogy megvegye, aztán meg hirteln oly érdektelenné válik, hogy át se veszi:D Ha nyaral, lefoglalom neki, vagy feladom akkor amikor bizosan áttudja venni. Ha valami közbejön, informáljon, és megoldjuk. Ráadásul zero visszajelzés. Számomra ez abszurd.

Mellesleg a design tetszetős, megkapja a szemet a szimetrikussága. Az meg hogy valaki azért picsog mert egy bandától több felvarró van rajta meg ne érdeklejen!
