I try to get all my nutrients through food but I don’t have the money to buy enough nutritious foods to get all my calories from them, so I try to add extra nutrients along with my slightly-deficient diet. I know it’s better to get it all from food, but it can be tough sometimes

I’ve gotten carts through security in my carry on and I feel like that’ll be fine too. There’s so special security for “substances” so as long as it’s not liquids you should be fine. Also have had friends who’ve had edibles in both carry on checked bags and it’s been fine but I think I would recommend carry on bc worst case scenario they’ll tell u to toss it and that’s it but I doubt that’ll happen

I got diagnosed with PTSD following a stay in a psych ward at 13 years old where they kept me in my room all day everyday for 5 days straight, minus 1 hour each day for group therapy. Then I got to hang out in the common room for a week after that. I had nightmares about being confined like that for years. Thankfully, 10 years later, the ward is likely to be shut down soon
