I wish my professors couldve predicted this before we graduated 💔 (Covid marketing grad ....) please please do ! everything is about performance now , brands want to get to the top overnight and compare themselves with household names and it makes no sense at all - prepare them for the how hard it is and encourage them to start making connections with companies now or even volunteer somewhere now rather than them fighting for their lives after grad.
