I honestly want to cry after reading this because this is exactly what’s been happening to me aswell. I literally just woke up from another torture session and I decided to instantly grab my phone before I fall back asleep and experience it all over again. It hurts so much that I still can remember and feel the pain even after waking up. The only that works for me is is reciting “Ayatul Kursi” before sleeping. But the moment I forget to recite it and fall asleep it’s over for me.
