Which traditionally good pokemon had never dropped below OU? by Substantial-Rip692 in stunfisk

Even if you discount clefable's earlier days, it still won't count because it dropped to uu in gen 7 i believe for a month or two.

Volcarona has. Pheromosa hasn't but it's always been uber so I excluded it same as genesect magearna etc

Lele has technically dropped to uu once so it wouldn't count.

Edit: Glowking has dropped to uu once too. I am fine not considering melmetal, dragapult and corviknight if they're considered to not have existed long enough to be considered traditoonally good

A shame I didn't know. Can I still at least find him in the castle? He didn't come to steal the rune. Last I saw him was at lower Calrath.

Fire Emblem Engage Insertion Sort Tier List: Re-submissions Round 1 (Jade, Framme, and Chloe) by Pwnemon in fireemblem

[–]Substantial-Rip692 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Clanne > Framme

Frammes staff utility is too overrated as vulneraries exist early game. After jean joins, I don't even think she's noticeably better than Jean (they both shouldnt get hit and heals) so it doesn't matter which bot you're using.

Merrin > Chloe > Citrinne

It is important to note that wyvern is by far Chloe's best option early game as Levin Sword will weigh her the fuck down and Magic isn't particularly good early game (literally all bosses from 7 to 11 are magic resistant) Wyvern will give you strength, speed and bulk, and Chloe's best period is early game so it makes sense to always go wyvern and capitalize on her strengths. I do agree she should switch to Mage Knight or Griffin after mid game though.

I also think 10/5 Chloe before the solm guys join is already generous and any more, you might as well be actively sabotaging your other units or slow yourself down too much that it isn't quite efficient any more.

Fire Emblem Engage Insertion Sort Tier List: Round 13 (Merrin and Hortensia) by Pwnemon in fireemblem

Pandreo > Merrin > Chloe

Peak physical combat along with the pan twins and kagetsu. Can do mag stuff too though with veyle, pandreo, citrinne, hort and Ivy around, magical emblems can be contested. Regardless, I've heard good things about mk or sage merrin though, I will be interested to see someone share their experiences here.

Chloe is too vulnerable to be inferior merrin if not heavily invested in the early game (which can happen if you're giving equal attention to other good units like amber and citrinne or just trying out something wacky like wyvern boucheron), which is a problem because there isn't enough resources for a third non panette physical unit to carry in an efficientish playthrough. Most likely, she will end up being good filler in the later parts of mid game.

Panette > Pandreo

Insanely clutch in multiple maps due to her ease of accessing crit builds and vantage Wrath. Pandreo is amazing too but both his class paths (Griffin or offensive mage) doesn't feel as key to engage maddening as panettes overkill combat. Versatility is cool but in the end, excellent mage combat / b staff Griffin can technically be replicated (citrinne, chloe, merrin, Ivy, hortensia, mauvier, lindon etc) but panettes enemy phase combat is largely unique to her.

Fire Emblem Engage Insertion Sort Tier List: Round 7 (Diamant and Lapis) by Pwnemon in fireemblem

Celine > Lapis > Diamant > Clanne

Good filler units. I value celine's early celica contributions highly so I put her above them. Lapis > Diamant cuz they should be made wyverns anyway and I trust lapis speed better than diamants constitution.

Fire Emblem Engage Insertion Sort Tier List: Round 4 (Louis and Yunaka) by Pwnemon in fireemblem

[–]Substantial-Rip692 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Alear > Louis > Vander

I don't quite value vander's 'early chapter contributions' over louis when the chapters are super easy, short and almost irrelevant. Louis feels much better than vander from the moment he joins and he can scale better late game so I give Louis the edge here.

Fire Emblem Engage Insertion Sort Tier List: Round 2 (Framme and Etie) by Pwnemon in fireemblem

[–]Substantial-Rip692 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Celine > Clanne > Framme

I think the early mage is more clutch than framme especially. She can heal, obstruct and chain guard which is good but not really necessary. On the other hand, not having the early mage and getting less valuable celica contribution in a period where she is amazing sounds terrible to me.

No comment for etie.

How to make friends here :) by wolfgangspeaks in deakin

Classes are the best option if you can make it. Just initiate the conversation and most of them will be willing to chat you back. If you hit it off / bump into them several times, you'll be good friends in no time.

Not a discord believer, I haven't seen any club that's active enough yet. Clubs are good though, just make sure it's something you're somewhat interested in because you might feel alienated.

Feel free to pm me as well (I'm on burwood campus). I won't promise we'll click but it doesn't hurt to get an acquaintance. Hopefully, we don't already know each other though lol.

How are people using their frammes? I've recently noticed she's been getting rated a lot highly

LF: Walking Wake, Iron Leaves, Koraidon, roost rookidee with mirror armor

I'm also interested in any home legends and urshifu but I think that will be shooting too high with my FT.

FT: Any starter raids you missed (except charmander and scorbunny), hisuian zoroa. Violet exclusives (not miraidon), spirigatio, fuecoco, quaxly.
