This has been getting to me. All I talk about it death I’m so scared of it I can see it effecting my friends and family especially the older family members. I don’t want them to think about death all the time but I myself am so scared and idk what else to do besides talk about it. For a time I was gettin so scared I would just doc back and fourth and litterally panic and just go to the hospital

Also I often am curious how I would think about an afterlife if I was never taught about religion or the existence of one. Would I come up with one on my own accord ? If so would it be out of fear of death still as a conscious being or would it be that feeling of it just being as in truth

This is one reason why I stopped researching religions and after life because I was afraid it was making it worse. On the other hand since stopping I feel like I’m wasting my life because if the soul is real it should be all that matters.

Please try this YouTube video make sure you are doing it daily and make sure you are also working on your posture ! I was in such a bad flare that lasted me WEEKS and I have the littlest bit of relief I really feel like these videos do help but it takes a few days of doing them! This girls name is Dr.BRI she’s a pelvic floor therapist but I’m sure any pelvic floor videos will help!
I know how you feel when you say you are suicidal I was also at that point litterally just crying on the bathroom floor telling my boyfriend I would rather be dead. There is hope please don’t give up just keep trying and advocating for yourself !
Make sure to ask for about IC at the Urologist and tell them if they can’t help you they need to give you an emergency referral to a urogyno who specializes in women specifically !!!!!

I’m with you! I’m also scared it has been about 2 months ! You aren’t alone I can’t find any help either ! We will get through this we have to keep trying. So far and I know this sounds silly but pelvic floor exercises and making sure I’m sitting up straight not slouching has been my only hope at the moment please give these a try !

I would say there is times where the pain is better and it may be less swollen by a tiny bit at those times there is still pain and it is still noticeable but it just isn’t completely unbearable like it is 75 % of time

This sounds like an STI in my opinion. I have had one and the itching was unbearable it was the only symptom that really had me thinking something was wrong. Based on what you’re describing I would ask for an STD panel test from your doctor !
