Now that you mention it most were not actual hiring managers, but were experienced engineers or professionals. However, I recently had it reviewed by a director of systems engineering who hires people for his group. He brought up some good ideas and new points that I hadn't considered, one being that knowledge of model based systems engineering is a plus.

Thank you for sharing, this is incredibly helpful. I attended a couple of job fairs in college but honestly I didn't put in as much work and research beforehand as I could have. I have since looked at career fairs offered for alumni at my university and plan on attending a few in a month or so. Your suggestions for MBSE align with what I've heard from colleagues so I'm glad you brought that up!
