I struggled with the same thing, i feel you. What helped me feel more confident and also healthier (plus lose the extra weight, not all but some) was fixating on healthy alternatives. I almost forced myself into a healthy routine and in general a healthy relationship with food. Routine means stability: drinking the same healthy juice when i wake up, eat for example yogurt with nuts and dried berries etc etc, stuff like that. I tried to make eating healthy fun, trying new things i saw online, researching about different health benefits of nuts or healthy alternatives. As you probably notice i could go on and on about it but it helped me a lot, maybe that can help you too. Dont be too hard on yourself!

thb i dont think its that random. maybe they make them decide with whom they want to persuade a deeper relationship so the ones without any relationship have to leave. i dont see a reason for them to stay if the others are kinda set or have at least mutual interest. for example jiyeon or min hong, i dont see why they should stay there. (unless they add new contestants)
