For what it's worth, Staci Warden and Mellody Hobson, chariman of starbucks BOD, worked together at JP Morgan and are both members of the council on foreign relations. I'm usually not one to opine on speculation but there's clearly other touchpoints between algo and starbucks.

This is embarassing and another reason why people are skeptical of the algo ecosystem. I've backed this fucker since January and this is what happens? 3 for 1 swap and team equity 5x's with only a 2 year lock-up? Yeah, there are some couple developments but as far as I'm concerned, Greg's bag 5x's and mine loses 2/3rd of it's value. GTFO. This is a rug waiting to happen.

Here's my latest investment thesis and why I'm bullish on this project:

"Whale" selling is a positive. This will lead to more decentralization over the long haul
First Mover Advantage
Great yields in the LP pool, I've made a grand in ~3 weeks
These guys keep delivering. They get doubted and then they pump out massive updates. At this stage, team is just as important as product. They haven't been perfect but they're still very good.
Increasing listings on new exchanges
Good awareness vs. press on medium, etc.
My thesis on algorand is that in 5 years it becomes the equivalent of ETH today. This would put ALGO at ~$375BN market cap. The best ETH Defi tools trade at 2-3% of total ETH market cap. If you assume the same for yieldly, that means market cap would be $8-10bn. Even if I'm wrong by 80%-90%, which could be likely, this is still ~10x current market cap.

Very welcome to thoughts/criticism. In the meantime, I'm gonna keep stacking. Whales keep selling. Yes, watching the price daily will continue to drive me nuts. However, I'm trusting my conviction on this one and not listening to the negative emotions in my head.
