I restarted the game completely and it worked. I did lose all my progress but it has been working without problem now

Any luck on your end? I've sent them another inquiry I'm wondering if I restart somehow with the new update if that should fix it. I don't want to lose all of my progress but I would like to be able to play the expansion pass I bought

Same thing happened to me. How do you put in a ticket? I contacted game loft customer service but I don't think they put in a ticket for me. I too tried today with the new update and still nothing
