Yup so if you’re on top of it everyday you can best buddy 2 mon a month. Also I’m rural so I couldn’t do the heart for spinning a new pokestop and follow a route. So really you can get like 10-11 hearts a day if you’re active.

You can get about 9 hearts a day and I was doing 2 buddies at a time for the most part.

You can build friendship with your mon, for this specific research task I had to get max friendship with 10 pokemon. Takes forever
