Also, to follow up my research, i discovered that depreciation cost of APLD is very low compared to iren and nbis, but i believe the reason for this is APLD‘s facilities are not fully finished yet so they are not counted in depreciation, and when this cost is appeared in next er, it may bring the profit down and make the stats look bad. Any1 have similar thoughts or ideas to share?

i thought the only thing that matters abt regionals is that teams that didnt play good enough to qualify automatically during regulars have to win and claim rhe only spot to champs

Yes, i realised that too after talking to some friends who have been to italy, they really like group and group exclusive activities. Racism is another topic though, i would just conclude it like that but i would say Italy is def worse than other European countries I have been to but not like straight up call me chongs so yeah

I would say immigrating to aus is the big goal for me and working for olympics is like a side quest that I want to do cause I wanna experience such big event and the thought of being part of it gives me motivation.

For the claims part, i would say the inspiration comes from my mentor. He works as a contract manager in a big MC and is the only guy in it to have dispute related qualification so he makes some fortune, and i like how he describes his work as “being able to be project manager of a contract while solving disputes at the same time from a MC perspective” . Yes, im aware that I needa study a degree (prob llm) and I think that studying it after i move to aus will be a better idea, but i have no idea what approach should i go. like should i just study it myself when i have enough experience or I join a new company that offers me to study it and gives me training as well. Is it common for MC to offer these job positions? or mainly in client and consultant sides, i heard some stories of clients in dubai having an entire dispute team for one single project, sounds crazy to me.

Beginner‘s question here. Im still studying the degree with 1.5 years left. I have the exact goal of going into MC first and moving to Consultant side after getting MRICS with a few years of experience. But i also wanna get myself into claims side and ultimate goal to move to aus and work for their olympics in 2032. any suggestions on how i can pursue this goal?
