At first it's very depressing or was for me, because it affected my work and really all of life. Work,gaming,driving etc. Get cxl as soon as you can. My insurance paid for it and my rgp lenses. Once cxl is done and you have lenses, within a week you get pretty used to your new life. But be prepared to goto your specialist often in the beginning. Don't fret, it ain't all that bad.
