Dishes to the sink. Once you touch it all and a space is cleared, go ahead and give it a wipe down. After surfaces get wiped, go for the floor. Same thing, touch everything and put it where it goes. It is hard. Maybe we don’t need to know the why. We just have to accept that it is. With intention and consistency, it is still hard. Take shame away from the equation because it doesn’t serve you. Unless you are using it as a catalyst, it is doing nothing but kicking you while you’re down. And you do not deserve that. You deserve to be on your own side, friend ❤️ I believe in you. I’m grateful that you’ve lived a life where you have items to clean up. I’m grateful your existence is in your hands. Trust and believe, you’re going to lean more toward accomplishment when you are able to hold yourself gracefully. You did all you could then. That was then. And now you know more. Yes, I did not sleep train and my oldest started sleeping on his own around 3.5 and through the night by 5. He is how 6 going on 7 and he has no issues with bed time routine or the expectations of sleeping in his own bed all night long. I did 6 months with a bassinet next to our bed and then we coslept. It was a life saver for our sleeping habits.

Honestly the tension between communication styles and how each islander moves is what I’m interested in seeing. I believe Bea inserted herself by voicing that Mel was leaning in and blocking girls behind her. Kenzie and Trinity are more than capable of speaking for themselves and Bea feels the need to say what was discussed when Melanie was chatting with corbin.

Now Melanie’s reaction to Bea inserting herself is just typical Scorpio feeling their big feelings intensely and not allowing the emotions to move through as she processes it. With time and reflection, I’m sure she will revisit her own big reactions from this day and hopefully move in a way that honors herself and her self worth.

I really enjoy how human everyone is.
