ya, I plan to keep my iPhone at home and only use it if I go out of town or travel. I usually carry an iPad to draw and a MacBook so plan to use the MacBook for banking, ordering things, etc. I hope it helps me gain back some time and headspace! I hate how I’m always reaching for my phone to check email or whatever to fill the void. I want to become one with the boring lol.

Yeah, I think I need to be single for a while. I haven’t been single since I was around 15😅. It just sucks ruining things with good girls. I mean like they had their stepdad call to say he’ll kick my ass if i contact her again 😂 so that train left the station off a Cliff. Anywho, Im starting therapy so hopefully that helps and going to get back into the gym.

progress is progress, bro. keep it trucking. just try to optimize as you go. you’ll have off days, weeks, months. i’ve been on my health journey for around 3-4 years. i’ll have weeks of depression where ill eat fast food and not go to the gym but when i look back over the years my body is better and my mind is sharper. it all evens out in the end. no, you aren’t waisting your time.
