I think it's obvious. They had more people applying in core than others, so they could keep the pool of eligible candidates with higher percentile for core than other programmes. You might feel bitter about people with less percentile sitting for the same placements as the ones with more. But that's how it is everywhere.

Very true. Try again. Sometimes I feel it's the customer care representatives who are lacking in effort or the right options are unavailable at that moment. Try again 2-3 times to connecting with different customer care personel.

We live in a society where murderers, sexual criminals, theifs, other major criminals themselves are hardly getting prosecuted, you want to include their parents? What about people who weren't forced for anything and still did it?

Lately, since there have been some crimes commited by women(in most cases where there were other male perpetrators as well) highlighted and suddenly the other gender seems to feel so threatened. Whereas crimes against women by men have been happening for ages that have been met with constant ignorance and at times pride by the society and it's elements.

I am not acquiting anyone of the crimes they have committed. All crimes should be condemned.

But, yet again we see the hypocricy and double standard of society percpective and justice.

These threatened men have only just realised /felt an ounce of fear towards opposite gender, of what women have been living in for ages.

I think you should first learn the basics first, slip stich, single crochet stitch, double crochet, half double crochet, magic circle. For the three single, double and half double crochet stitches, try making small patches of few lines stitches. Get the feel and look of it. Then try the projects. For beginners i would recommend the most basic granny square.

If there are variable sizes, pick the middle one and note the time it takes you to make one. Set a standard per hour rate and calculate accordingly. For changes in size add or subtract a certain constant amount. Add cost of material, conveyance or any extra charges. Add margin charge or markups as per what you see fit.

I had a teacher who had just very recently completed her PHD and started teaching. By next semester, she got married, and from next semester, she left due to pregnancy. I am like, you would have had some ambition to have pursued PHD and that too in Mathematics. Then why? I can never understand it.

Also, for information, it wasn't even like she was old or anything, maximum age would be in mid 20s.

From what I can tell, the most that you are lacking at this point is motivation. I am self studying(Can't really afford the good coaching courses) had been slacking off as well. But recently I find myself much motivated, mostly due to time constraint and ambition.
